Mad River Valley Bird Bingo!
Birds are all around us in the MRV. They come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and colors, sing and squawk all kinds of neat noises, and fly, run, and roll through the air, trees, grass, and water. Play bird bingo and see if you can spot all on the card!

Bird Bingo Tips:
All of the birds on this bingo card are common in the Mad River Valley. You can find all just by walking on the Path, the Valley’s trails, or even your yard.
Bird bingo is meant to be a fun activity for everyone of any birding ability, and is especially a great activity for families. It gives you an achievable mission while enjoying the outdoors and a task for kids.
Make bird bingo a challenge between friends and families!
Birds are active at different times of the day. Often, birds are most active in the morning. Some are more active in the evening, and some are active all day. It just depends on the bird. All birds on the card are here between about May and September, give or take, while some can be seen here year-round.
A pair of binoculars can help a lot, but your naked eye is often good enough. No fancy gear needed!
