The kids' race will start with a fun bike course where skills like balance and maneuverability will be tested. Next is an uphill climb on foot complete with fun obstacles, games, and trivia questions. At the top of the hill, you put your skis on and zoom down through and around the obstacles to the finish!

Required equipment: winter boots, gloves, helmet, and skis (downhill or cross country). Mad River Riders will have bikes on hand, or you can bring your bike. Parental help with changing into ski boots and putting on skis is welcomed.

This is an un-timed, cooperative event, where everyone will be cheered for and encouraged to do their best.
